In spring 2025, the Wellbeing Services County of South Ostrobothnia partnered with Medanets to host a series of Theme Sessions aimed at accelerating the adoption of mobile solutions across care units. The sessions showcased the benefits of mobile documentation, encouraging staff to embrace digital workflows for improved efficiency and return on investment.
Each session featured practical insights into how Medanets supports nursing work, along with discussions about implementation practices and unit-specific needs. Attendees were invited to become key users—staff members who receive in-depth app training and act as Medanets ambassadors in their units. A Medanets representative also introduced the latest features of the solution.
The sessions took place at the Central Hospital and seven local social and healthcare centers, each lasting around 30 minutes. Promotion was carried out through department meetings, email campaigns, and printed materials. Roughly 70 professionals took part. Key user sign-ups served as the main metric of success, with nearly all units meeting their targets. Others expressed interest but requested more time to finalize role allocations.
