2023 User Days in Helsinki
An international group of Medanets customers gathered together to exchange experiences and greetings. For two days, participants were able to enjoy the interesting programme and spend time together.
Medanets’ User Days were organised in the Klaus K hotel in Helsinki on 29–30 March 2023. Medanets’ partners Imprivata, CSIT and Pharmaca Health Intelligence also took part in the event. There were a total of about 50 participants from three countries and 20 organisations.
The User Days offered diverse presentations which focused on implementation projects, user experience and the use of the Medanets app. In addition, there were presentations on other topics relating to healthcare digitalisation. There was also time for workshops and good opportunities for networking. As a surprise on the second day, users got to hear Jussi Venäläinen’s presentation on flow state, which is about the ideal state for action to increase productivity, creativity and happiness.
The best bits: networking and learning from others
To our delight, the feedback from this year’s User Days has been excellent as well. According to participants, networking was one of best parts of the event. Learning from others and exchanging experiences also made the event successful. The Medanets app is used in different countries, different organisations and operating environments, and participants got to hear about the diverse range of locations and use cases on how to use the app.
It is important to us that our participants are comfortable and feel that they have benefitted from the event. We will take all development suggestions into account when planning the next User Days. The event was well-organised and there was enough time for networking. There also weren’t too many lectures. The group work was very productive.
