Guided by our core value of wanting to be the best, our aim is to make the 5th generation of our app even more intuitive and user friendly. We can achieve this together with our partners and customers.
The Next Level project started in the first half of 2024 with a design workshop with our global partner. In the workshop, we got to learn about both minor and major usability themes from the best of the field. The result of the workshop was an extensive document with suggestions on how to improve our app further, especially in terms of consistency and logic, making the app ever more intuitive.
The new app will support all form factors without difficulty, making it possible to use any smartphone or tablet model available. Moreover, the next level app will support improved accessibility features, such as dynamic font sizes, features that take into account colour blindness, and the dark mode. The first pilots with the Next Level app are ongoing at customer sites, with more to come in 2025–2026. Stay tuned!
