Sneak Peek: more visual and comprehensive reports in Admin UI 

We are developing the administration and reporting tool Admin UI based on customer requests, to make it easier to track the overall usage rate of the Medanets app. 

Comprehensive overview at one glance 

The new Admin UI dashboard will show key data the on the app’s users, individual devices, and the number of distinct patients and different documentation entries, all in one view. Summary data and comparative graphs will be available for all of these. From the graphs, you can easily view the change in the usage rate and compare it with the previous day, week or month. 

Basic information on overall usage no longer needs to be accessed separately via the sidebar menu. However, it is still possible to drill down into the data via the menu, for example by looking at ward-specific usage reports. 

Viewing reports for monitoring the usage from a new perspective 

In addition, a viewing report will soon be available on all the features of the Medanets app. This report will show information such as how many times a particular feature has been opened and how many times each view within that feature has been looked at. For example, for the Patient Card, it will be possible to see how many times a patient’s risk information or diagnosis has been viewed. 

Viewing reports allow you to monitor the use of the solution from a different perspective than before: they allow you to access the different ways in which different user groups take advantage of the application. For example, doctors may not necessarily document data themselves through the app, but the app can still be of significant use to them when they review key data from it. 

Giving a visual overview, the dashboard and the new reports will make it easier to monitor both implementation projects and the ongoing usage rate of the app.
