Support from the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment boosts Medanets’ growth and internationalisation

The North Ostrobothnia Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment granted Medanets a subsidy of about EUR 200,000 for a project which was completed at the end of 2023. The project achieved its objectives with excellent results and created three new jobs.

The project, launched 29 September 2022, was related to the UK market and focused on further development of the Medanets solution in a user-oriented manner in cooperation with local experts and our customers. The development work carried out in the project will elevate our product from data transfer to the next level in supporting the nursing workflows according to local requirements.

In the project, we also developed automated report management related to the Medanets application, which will help both Medanets’ own team and our customers to make informed, data-driven decisions.

With the support of the project, we recruited three new experts to our team, who will continue as permanent employees of Medanets. Thanks to the growth in international sales, we will be recruiting more experts in the coming years.
