The traditional Medanets User Days took place on 4–5 February 2026 at Tuulensuun Palatsi in Tampere. The event brought together around 70 participants from 26 organisations across five countries. Over the course of two days, discussions focused on mobile solutions, artificial intelligence, and how digital tools can genuinely support everyday work in healthcare.
Day one: mobile healthcare in practice
Wednesday’s programme went straight to the heart of current topics. Throughout the day, speakers explored how mobile solutions support clinical work and what successful implementation in healthcare organisations truly requires.
Artificial intelligence was approached from a practical perspective. The discussion moved beyond the hype to concrete examples and examined the real added value AI can bring to healthcare.
Day two: patient experience and outcomes in focus
On Thursday, attention turned to what ultimately matters most in healthcare: patients and care outcomes.
The day began with a keynote and panel discussion examining the impact of patient experience on treatment results.
The second day also featured organisations sharing their own experiences of using mobile solutions. Participants discussed lessons learned along the way, successes and challenges, and where each organisation currently stands on its mobile journey. The exchange of experiences, questions and peer discussions once again proved to be one of the most valuable aspects of the event.
A warm thank you to everyone who took part in the User Days. We are already looking forward to the next time we meet!
