Sneak Peek: New developments under the Medanets bonnet, product development is lead by information  

Our product development has recently focused on things that are “under the bonnet”. The aim of these measures is, once again, to improve the quality and usability of the end product. 

Our product development has implemented new tools that enable monitoring the product’s performance proactively and managing product development based on data received from the tools. We receive a lot of new data, for example, on the functioning of the Medanets app and third-party components, as well as on the amount of data transferred between the app and EHR systems. The tools do not process health records.  

With these tools, we can easily detect, for example, delays in communication between systems and start the corrective measures before the delay causes problems for the customer. The tools are also helpful during the development of new features. For example, we can monitor the effects on performance of the updates and changes to the app on a daily basis. If the performance has lowered, we can correct the issue right away, at an early stage of the product development.   

The outcome is improved quality and usability of the app for the customer.
