With our new brand identity, we have paid even more attention to the functionality as well as the visual appearance of the app. It is important for us that the app works without glitches and that the overall user experience is a positive one for our end users, whose working environments are often hectic and stressful.
The new appearance is almost ready for launch and the update will be made available to all customers by the end of 2021. Our Service & Delivery team will be in touch with all of our customers individually with further details about the launch timeline. The application itself will see only minor changes, and thanks to the new and visually more accessible interface, the few changes can be learnt intuitively. However, we will also provide a new how-to video and user manual. You can ask for them in advance by emailing us at email@example.com. Otherwise, you will get them from our S&D team when the update takes place.
