The Wellbeing Services County of Central Ostrobothnia – Soite

Soite uses the Medanets app in a number of wards across its central hospital, the general practice wards in Kannus and Tunkkari, and Kokkola Home Hospital. The first ward adopted the solution back in summer 2017. The Medanets solutions used by the services county are Observation values, Monitored patients, Early Warning Scores (EWS) and Admin UI.

The implementation in collaboration with the Medanets team went without a hitch, and they trained our nurses on site on the wards. The nurses’ experiences of using the mobile solutions have been mostly positive. We’re looking forward to continuing our cooperation!

Using these solutions, Soite has improved patient safety and made operations more efficient. Health records can be browsed and documentation carried out straight away while caring for patients. The almost real-time connection between Medanets’ solutions and the Electronic Health Record also helps support decision-making.
