Medanets selected for region-wide deployment across Northern Norway, serving half a million people
Medanets has signed a regional agreement with Helse Nord, the public authority responsible for specialist healthcare services in Northern Norway. The agreement enables the use of Medanets mobile solutions across the entire region of Northern Norway, extending all the way to Svalbard. The area covers approximately 45% of Norway’s total area and serves nearly half a million residents.
A significant new customer in Northern Europe
Medanets has brought in a significant new customer. A healthcare region in Northern Europe will start using Medanets’ nursing app solution in more than 100 wards.

The role of Medanets during the COVID-19 pandemic

The Care Activities feature supports work and acts as a checklist during a shift. The mobile app shows the user orders and activities related to the patients and lets the user mark them as done.
Esko Piippo to take care of customer relationships in Finland
Esko joined Medanets from 9Solutions at the beginning of May. At Medanets, Esko will be taking care of Finnish customer accounts together with his colleagues Reima Ahola and Veli Juola. The job description also includes surveying new market opportunities in Finland.

The long-standing desire of inpatient wards in primary health care was realised when the rehabilitation hospital Jalmari in Lahti region, Finland, deployed Medanets in April. The personnel experience is also expected to improve following the deployment.
